The 5-hectare winery is mainly dedicated to Riesling, which is grown on steep and steep slopes. Management here is carried out exclusively by hand. A small part of the vineyards on the hillsides is also planted with Pinot Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Dornfelder and Pinot Noir.
In the historic vaulted cellar, old craftsmanship meets modern ideas. Traditional wooden barrels and modern stainless steel tanks alternate. The focus here is always on striving for quality. This requires a great deal of patience and special sensitivity to rediscover the vineyard characteristics and the subtle vintage differences in the wines. The wines ferment spontaneously and mature on the lees for a long time to bring the grape aroma unadulterated to the bottle. Thanks to the individual aging, the wines have an independent location character and show the winemaker's signature. They have excellent aging potential, which will be enjoyed over generations.
