Therefore, only fully ripe, untreated fruits from traditional orchards are processed, imparting an unparalleled aroma to the juices. Special emphasis is placed on preserving old fruit varieties, which are pressed separately to maintain their unique flavors.
Sustainability is a core value of the company. Through the orchard premium project, van Nahmen supports the preservation of traditional orchards and offers fair prices to fruit growers. Additionally, the press covers a significant portion of its energy needs through its own photovoltaic systems and continuously works on improving its carbon footprint.
