Eligo Coffee Roasters is a young, craft-focused coffee company based in Branzoll in South Tyrol’s Lower Adige valley. Founded in 2023 by Moritz Hofer, the roastery stems from his deep-rooted passion for coffee and many years of industry experience. Hofer’s vision was to create a roastery that makes high-quality specialty coffee accessible to everyone while upholding the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

The team even includes a dedicated “coffee hunter” who travels the world to source unique coffees directly at origin.
Today, Eligo presents itself not just as a roastery but as a place of enjoyment and connection. In addition to the online shop, the company has operated its own store since late 2024 at Marconistraße 37 in Branzoll, where customers can experience the roasting process firsthand, taste different coffees, and learn more about their origins and preparation. The product range also includes accessories and selected tools for passionate coffee lovers.
