VINEGAR & BALSAMIC FROM ITALY

Finest balsamic and fruit vinegars – authentically Italian

Vinegar is much more than a simple seasoning – it adds depth, freshness, and a perfect balance of flavors to dishes. Particularly famous is Aceto Balsamico, produced in Italy for centuries and prized for its dense texture and balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity. Apple balsamic and fruity vinegars such as apricot or raspberry vinegar are also becoming increasingly popular. They add fresh, fruity notes to salads, starters, and refined sauces, bringing variety to Mediterranean cuisine.

Top quality is ensured by selected producers: Zu Plun from South Tyrol combines traditional recipes with regional raw materials, creating vinegars of unique character. Aggazzotti is regarded as one of the oldest balsamic vinegar producers and stands for authentic flavor from Modena. Kandlwaalhof, meanwhile, is known for its natural South Tyrolean specialties, including fruity vinegars made from local fruits with intense aromas.
