The family-run company is based in Modena, one of the most renowned areas for the production of high-quality balsamic vinegar. Production follows traditional methods typical of balsamic vinegar from Modena. The range includes different qualities such as Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP, which are produced according to specific production regulations.
