The wine shows a bright straw‑yellow hue with subtle golden reflections, accompanied by a lively, very fine mousse. On the nose it opens with ripe pear, apple and peach, joined by delicate floral hints and a crisp minerality, layered with toasted nuances of hazelnut, biscuit and coffee. On the palate this Extra Brut is fresh, structured and clear: the fine bubbles support a vibrant interplay of fruit and mineral character, the finish is long and clean with returning citrus notes and a touch of hazelnut.
