The nose is layered and expressive, offering aromas of raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, enriched by subtle spice, licorice, and tobacco leaf.

On the palate, the wine is refined yet generous, with silky tannins, fresh acidity, and a full, harmonious body. A distinct mineral finish reflects the gravel-rich soils of the estate, lending precision and terroir-driven identity to the wine. The 2021 vintage, marked by low yields and concentrated fruit, produced a wine of remarkable intensity and finesse. The blend—63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot—bears the unmistakable signature of the Cathiard family, who have transformed the estate through biodynamic practices and a steadfast commitment to sustainability.
