Crafted from a traditional blend of 60 % Corvina, 20 % Corvinone, and 20 % Rondinella, it’s produced using the traditional Ripasso method, where the base wine is passed over the Amarone marc to gain depth, structure, and complexity.
Visually, it shows a deep ruby-red color. The bouquet is intense, featuring ripe black cherry, dark berries, and subtle spicy and dried herbal tones. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with smooth tannins, juicy fruit, and an elegant, persistent finish.
