The white wine Donà Blanc IGT 2020 from Hartmann Donà greets the eye with a luminous straw‑yellow colour and subtle golden glints, signalling refinement. On the nose it unveils a complex aromatic profile: ripe stone fruits such as apricot and lychee, fresh pear and banana, accompanied by vanilla and butterscotch hints, all underpinned by a clear mineral note that echoes its Alpine terroir.
On the palate it delivers a smooth, creamy texture thanks to extended barrel ageing and lees contact, balanced by a distinct salty‑mineral character that brings freshness and structure. The finish is long and elegant, with delicate hints of toasted nuts and dried herbs. A white of character that offers immediate pleasure and the capacity to mature gracefully.
