On the nose it offers refined aromas of white apple and apricot, subtle herbal notes (such as sage), and a mineral‑smoky undertone. On the palate it displays a harmonious and precise structure: juicy pear and peach flavours, lively citrus hints, and touches of tropical fruit are complemented by a gentle oak‑smoke nuance and a fine phenolic texture — the result of a six‑hour skin contact and nine months aging on fine lees. A sophisticated white wine combining Alpine freshness with Mediterranean depth – ideal with fine starters, delicate fish dishes or light white meats.
