The Chardonnay IGT Mont Més from Castelfeder from 2024 is presented in a bright straw yellow. Its bouquet combines delicate aromas of ripe apples, pears and exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango. On the palate, it is full-bodied and creamy with a pleasant freshness and a harmonious acid structure. The Chardonnay grape variety, known for its versatility and elegance, thrives particularly well in the cooler wine-growing regions of South Tyrol. This wine perfectly reflects the typical characteristics of Chardonnay and is characterized by its finesse.

Castelfeder, a renowned winery in South Tyrol, produces this wine with great care. The wine-growing zone benefits from its alpine climate and diverse vegetation, which offers optimal conditions for growing high-quality Chardonnay grapes. The aging process takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and in wooden barrels to promote the diversity of aromas and complexity of the wine.
