In the glass the wine shows a pale straw to light gold colour, shimmering with a very fine and persistent mousse. The nose offers scents of white peach, yellow tropical fruit and a hint of quince, joined by notes of brioche and spiced bread and a subtle mineral background. On the palate it presents a creamy yet firm texture, with clear structure and vibrant freshness, pronounced minerality and a slightly saline finish – altogether a multi-layered, refreshing sparkling wine combining elegance and character.
