On the nose it reveals intense aromas of ripe dark fruits such as cherry and plum, complemented by subtle earthy and lightly smoky hints that add a refined mineral character. On the palate, the wine delivers a solid structure with smooth yet present tannins, good acidity and noticeable depth. It is full-bodied and rich, finishing long and elegant, with a pleasant touch of forest-floor, dark berries and cassis.
