The Ribolla Gialla DOC 2024 from Pierpaolo Pecorari is an exquisite white wine made exclusively from the Ribolla Gialla grape variety. This grape variety is known for its fresh and lively wines, which typically grow in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.

Pierpaolo Pecorari's Ribolla Gialla is made through careful vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18°C. The wine then remains on the fine yeast for seven months and is stirred weekly through batonnage, giving it additional depth and complexity.
