Kellerei St. Pauls is among the most renowned wine cooperatives in South Tyrol and is known for producing terroir-driven wines with high quality standards. The Riserva designation, referring specifically to this wine, indicates an extended ageing period compared to a standard DOC Merlot, resulting in greater complexity, harmony and ageing potential.
