The Sauvignon “Famiglia Bianchini” 2025 from Forchir is an expressive DOC Friuli Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes thrive on mineral-rich, well-drained soils in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and offer both clarity and structure. A classic stainless-steel vinification preserves varietal purity.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with subtle green highlights. The nose opens with signature “green aromas”: green apple, pear, citrus, with delicate hints of melon and pineapple, followed by herbaceous tones of tomato leaf, sage, and elderflower. On the palate, it is strikingly fresh and mineral, with remarkable vibrancy and persistence. A clean, modern Sauvignon Blanc that articulates both its varietal character and terroir with absolute precision.
