Its bouquet is overwhelmingly aromatic with notes of rose petals, exotic fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, as well as spicy notes of nutmeg and cloves. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and strong, with a pronounced fruit sweetness that harmonizes perfectly with the fine acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting and elegant, with a lingering impression of exotic aromas.
The main grape variety for this wine is Gewürztraminer, one of the most aromatic and characteristic white grape varieties in the world. Gewürztraminer is known for its intense aromas and low acidity, which gives the wines an unmistakable and rich aroma.
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 300 to 450 meters above sea level, where warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly. The soils in the region consist mainly of calcareous clay and gravel, which gives the wines a special minerality.
