The Paul Cuvée White IGT 2025 from Cantina San Paolo is a fresh and approachable white wine from South Tyrol designed for easy and enjoyable drinking. The grapes come from vineyards around St. Pauls and Appiano in the Überetsch area, one of the most important wine-growing regions of South Tyrol. The vineyards are located on morainic soils at moderate elevations which, together with the mild climate, provide ideal conditions for producing aromatic and balanced white wines.
The wine is a blend of Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder), Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. These grape varieties are among the most important white varieties grown in South Tyrol. Pinot Blanc contributes freshness, elegance and a fine structure, while Chardonnay adds roundness and soft fruit. Sauvignon Blanc completes the blend with aromatic intensity and lively acidity. Together they create a balanced and very approachable white wine.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit and purity of aromas.
In the glass the wine shows a pale straw-yellow colour. The nose reveals floral notes and aromas of exotic fruits. On the palate the cuvée is fresh, fruity and juicy, with lively acidity and a subtle mineral note. The finish is harmonious and refreshing.
