The Duc des Nauves 2023 by Château Le Puy is a characterful Bordeaux produced by the historic Château Le Puy in the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. The family estate has long embraced a nature-respecting philosophy, using gentle winemaking to highlight terroir and grape character. The blend consists of the classic Bordeaux varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère. Merlot forms the foundation, bringing ripe fruit and smooth texture. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes structure, freshness and refined tannins, while Carménère adds subtle spice and depth. Together, they create a balanced and elegant style. The 2023 vintage is approachable and harmonious. On the nose, aromas of dark berries, plum and delicate spice unfold; on the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with juicy fruit, moderate tannins and a clean, persistent finish.
