The Villa Laviosa Distillery has its origins in the small village of Settequerce in the municipality of Terlano, South Tyrol, Italy. The distillery is housed in a historic villa, built at the beginning of the 20th century by a wealthy family, which today serves as a charming production facility.

The tradition of distillation in South Tyrol dates back to the 19th century, when the region became known for its high-quality grappas and liqueurs. Villa Laviosa has preserved and developed this tradition by combining modern distillation techniques with locally sourced raw materials.
