A particular highlight is the Poli Grappa Museum, founded in 1993 by Jacopo Poli and his wife Cristina.
The Poli Distillery was founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa in the Veneto region of Italy. Initially, he used a mobile still to process the grape pomace (Marc) from small local winemakers. This artisanal tradition is now continued by the fourth generation of the family, including Jacopo Poli.
The Poli Distillery is renowned for its handcrafted Grappa and other spirits. It uses traditional copper stills and innovative techniques such as vacuum double-boiler distillation to preserve the aromas of the raw materials optimally. A particular highlight is the Poli Grappa Museum, founded in 1993 by Jacopo Poli and his wife Cristina. Located in Bassano del Grappa, it houses one of the largest collections of historical grappas and distillation equipment in Italy.
Today, the distillery exports about 50 % of its production to over 50 countries worldwide and remains a symbol of the quality and tradition of Italian distilling craftsmanship.
