The finish is long, with chalky nuances and a delicate bitterness of citrus zest – overall soft and refined, in perfect balance. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, a grape known for its freshness, vibrant acidity, and citrus and mineral notes, this Sancerre is characterized by the pronounced minerality imparted by the region’s chalky soils. Particularly noteworthy is the domaine’s biodynamic approach, which avoids the use of modern oenological additives, ensuring the true expression of the terroir.
