100% Cabernet Franc grown in a carefully selected vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested, and every step of vinification is carried out with meticulous precision to preserve the essence of the terroir and the authentic personality of the variety.
After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes controlled fermentation and then matures for 1
8 months in French oak barriques, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. Additional bottle ageing further refines its structure, depth and aromatic complexity.
In the glass, it displays a deep, intense ruby red. The bouquet is rich and complex, offering notes of dark berries, aromatic herbs, spices, tobacco and subtle balsamic hints. On the palate, it is powerful, velvety and beautifully balanced, with polished tannins and precise acidity. The finish is long, elegant and persistent, confirming the wine’s stature as a superb Cabernet Franc with outstanding ageing potential.
