Chardonnay. For decades it has enjoyed cult status and stands among Northern Italy’s most celebrated white wines—named after a famous song title that evokes freedom and emotion, and first released in 1987. The grapes come from sunny vineyard sites, and the wine is aged for
around 11 months in small French oak barrels, a choice that adds structure, complexity, and an elegant texture.
In the glass, Chardonnay shows a bright straw-yellow colour with subtle green reflections. On the nose, the wine reveals a layered and complex bouquet: aromatic notes of exotic fruit such as ripe pineapple, mango, and papaya, combined with hints of melted butter, vanilla, and fine pastry and baking aromas. This aromatic depth is one of the signature hallmarks of the wine.
