The Toscana Rosato IGT I Pianali 2025 is produced by Tenuta Argentiera on the Tuscan coast near Castagneto Carducci in the Bolgheri area. The vineyards lie only a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea on soils composed of marl, clay and sandy mineral sediments. The maritime climate, influenced by constant sea breezes, allows the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully vinified. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for several months on the fine lees in stainless steel and briefly ages in bottle, preserving its freshness and pure fruit character. The wine is made from 100% Syrah. This variety adapts particularly well to the warm and breezy coastal climate of Tuscany and brings aromatic intensity, delicate spice and juicy fruit to the rosé while maintaining elegance and structure. In the glass the wine shows a bright rosé color. The bouquet reveals aromas of strawberry, red berries and grapefruit, complemented by subtle floral notes and hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and lightly mineral, with vibrant fruit and a clean, persistent finish.
