Its bouquet is complex and layered, combining aromas of ripe cherries, plums and vanilla, accompanied by elegant spicy notes of fennel and sage. On the palate, it impresses with a full-bodied structure, juicy fruit flavours, well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity that lead into a long and elegant finish.
The wine is made from 100% Sangiovese, a grape variety known for its bright colour, high acidity and pronounced tannins. These characteristics give it structure and excellent ageing potential.
