The Manzoni Bianco IGT Fontanasanta 2025 from Foradori originates from the hills of Trentino around Mezzolombardo, where calcareous soils and an alpine climate create ideal conditions for characterful white wines. The grapes are grown in the Fontanasanta area, known for its mineral soils and consistent biodynamic farming. This natural approach enhances the expression of terroir, resulting in wines with clear origin and a distinctive profile.
Manzoni Bianco is a crossing of Riesling and Pinot Blanc and finds particularly suitable conditions in Trentino. Here, it develops an appealing combination of aromatic precision, freshness, and structure. The altitude and strong day-night temperature variations contribute to lively acidity and refined complexity.
In the glass, it shows a clear, bright yellow color. The nose reveals citrus notes, ripe stone fruit, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is precise and mineral, with vibrant freshness, elegant structure, and a long finish with a slightly saline touch.
