The Chardonnay DOC Kleinstein 2025 from Bozen Winery combines the Alpine freshness of South Tyrol with the elegance of one of the world’s most renowned white grape varieties. The grapes come from selected vineyards around Bolzano, where sunny days and cool nights create ideal conditions for Chardonnay. In South Tyrol, this variety develops remarkable clarity of fruit, refined minerality and precise structure, clearly distinguishing it from warmer wine regions. Stainless steel ageing preserves varietal purity and enhances the wine’s clean, modern style.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of ripe apple, yellow stone fruit and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and harmonious, supported by elegant acidity, fine minerality and a clear, persistent finish.
