The White Cuvée IGT Pfefferer Sun 2025 from Colterenzio Winery is a fresh and modern South Tyrolean white wine that beautifully reflects the lively character of the Überetsch area. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc combines three grape varieties that thrive in this region thanks to the strong day-night temperature shifts and the gravelly, sandy soils. Chardonnay brings softness and ripe fruit, Pinot Blanc adds elegance and finesse, while Sauvignon Blanc contributes aromatic freshness and vibrancy. Joint vinification in stainless steel followed by ageing on fine lees preserves the wine’s precision and youthful style.
In the glass, it shows a bright pale straw-yellow colour. The bouquet reveals notes of white fruit, delicate flowers and subtle herbal nuances. On the palate it is fresh, juicy and pleasantly easy-drinking, with a harmonious and vibrant finish.
