Arianna Occhipinti

Arianna Occhipinti is today considered one of the leading names in the Italian natural wine scene and is known for producing authentic, terroir-driven wines from Sicily. The winery is located in Vittoria, in the south-east of the island, an area renowned for elegant and characterful red wines. At a very young age, Arianna Occhipinti began producing her own wines with the aim of expressing the true potential of her land and Sicily’s native grape varieties.


The winery focuses mainly on traditional Sicilian grapes such as Frappato and Nero d’Avola. Frappato is particularly emblematic of Arianna Occhipinti’s style, producing elegant, fragrant and mineral-driven wines with freshness and finesse. Nero d’Avola adds structure, depth and spice. Especially famous are the SP68 wines, which have achieved cult status internationally and perfectly represent the winery’s natural and artisanal philosophy.


The vineyards are farmed organically and sustainably, with great respect for soil, climate and biodiversity. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum in order to preserve the authentic character of both the grapes and the territory. Arianna Occhipinti wines combine the warmth and expressive character of Sicily with elegance, freshness and remarkable personality. Today, they are considered among the most sought-after natural wines in Italy and are highly appreciated worldwide.
