Castello dei Rampolla is a renowned winery in Tuscany, more specifically in the Chianti Classico sub-region. The winery was founded in the 1960s by the di Napoli Rampolla family and has since earned a firm place in the world of top wines.
The winery is located in the picturesque area of Panzano in Chianti, an area known for its excellent climatic conditions and ideal soil for viticulture. The di Napoli Rampolla family has been cultivating the land for centuries, and in the 1970s, Alceo di Napoli Rampolla began to modernize the winery and convert viticulture to biodynamic methods. Today, Luca and Maurizia di Napoli Rampolla continue their father's legacy and place great value on sustainability and natural winemaking practices.
A special feature of Castello dei Rampolla is its strict focus on biodynamic agriculture.
