The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs from Arunda is an exquisite sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This sparkling wine impresses with its brilliant, straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and an extremely fine, long-lasting perlage. The scent unfolds a complex bouquet of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, accompanied by subtle yeast notes and a touch of roasted almonds and brioche. On the palate, Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is fresh and lively, with a well-balanced acidity and a creamy texture, which is reinforced by the aging period on the yeast. The finish is long and mineral, which underlines the elegance and finesse of this wine.

Arunda, the highest sparkling wine cellar in Europe, is located in Mölten, South Tyrol, at an altitude of 1,200 meters. The winery was founded by Josef Reiterer and is characterized by traditional production methods and the highest quality standards. The special climatic conditions of the region, with warm days and cool nights, promote slow and uniform ripening of the grapes, which gives the wines a distinctive freshness and aroma. The soils in this region consist primarily of limestone and crushed stone, which contributes to the minerality and structure of the wines.
