The Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025 by Ascheri shines in a bright golden-yellow hue with a fine, delicate mousse. The bouquet entices with intense aromas of peach, apricot, white musk and floral notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle, lifted by a subtle herbal touch. On the palate it is sweet yet wonderfully fresh: a harmonious balance between moderate residual sugar and lively acidity. Its elegant, light finish makes it particularly aromatic and inviting. Made from 100% Moscato Bianco, this aromatic Piedmontese grape thrives in the rolling hills of Asti. Thanks to early harvesting and controlled cool fermentation, the wine retains its aromatic purity. Ascheri, renowned for terroir-driven and precise winemaking, combines tradition and modernity here to create a vibrant, characterful Moscato – perfect both as an elegant aperitif and as a refined companion to desserts.
