The Pinot Grigio DOC 2025 from Il Cason del Prato is an elegant white wine from Veneto that perfectly reflects the fresh and approachable style of this highly popular grape variety. The region’s mild climate and balanced soils give the wine clear fruit expression, pleasant freshness, and excellent drinkability. Typical of a Venetian Pinot Grigio, it is modern, harmonious, and versatile. In the glass, it shows a bright pale straw-yellow colour. The nose opens with delicate aromas of green apple, pear, and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, light, and juicy, with a balanced structure and a pleasantly clean, harmonious finish.
