The Custoza DOC Vigne Alte 2025 by Zeni captures the freshness and elegance of the rolling hills southeast of Lake Garda in a characterful white wine. The vineyards around Custoza benefit from morainic and limestone-rich soils as well as the moderating influence of the nearby lake, creating ideal conditions for balanced ripening and vibrant freshness. The blend is based on traditional regional grape varieties including Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Cortese and other local cultivars, combining to create a harmonious and versatile style.
With the Vigne Alte range, Zeni highlights selected wines that authentically reflect the character of their origin. This Custoza showcases the typical style of the appellation: approachable, elegant and delicately fruit-driven, with a balanced combination of freshness and structure.
In the glass, the wine shows a pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. The nose reveals floral aromas, citrus fruit and delicate hints of white peach. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with lively fruit, fine minerality and a balanced finish.
