The Soave Classico DOC 2025 by Pieropan is a refined white wine made from Garganega (85%) and Trebbiano di Soave (15%), two indigenous grape varieties typical of the appellation. Garganega provides body and structure, while Trebbiano di Soave adds freshness and delicate aromatic nuances, resulting in a wine of clarity and balance. The Soave Classico 2025 displays a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of white flowers, pear and a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant, showing a harmonious balance between fruity and mineral notes, leading to an elegant, lingering finish. What makes this wine particularly distinctive is its origin from the hills of the historic Soave Classico zone, where the vines grow on volcanic and limestone soils at altitudes ranging from 100 to 300 metres. The wine is aged in cement-lined tanks on the fine lees, a process that enhances complexity and structure. After maturation, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest and rests for at least one month in bottle before release.
