The Müller Thurgau DOC 2025 from Strasserhof comes from the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol, one of the most suitable regions for this grape variety. The vineyards are located around Brixen on steep slopes with mineral-rich soils. Large temperature differences between warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly and help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are carefully harvested and gently processed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain the delicate fruit and floral aromas of the wine. The wine is made from 100% Müller-Thurgau. This variety is a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royale and is known for producing fresh and aromatic white wines. In the higher vineyards of South Tyrol it develops elegant aromas, floral nuances and lively acidity. In the glass the wine appears pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fresh and aromatic with notes of white flowers, delicate herbs and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate it is light, lively and well balanced, showing fresh fruit, harmonious acidity and a clean finish.
