The Chiaretto Classico Garda DOC 2025 from Colli Vaibò comes from the southern shores of Lake Garda, where morainic soils and a mild, lake-influenced climate create ideal conditions for elegant rosé wines. The vineyards benefit from constant air circulation and moderate temperature variations, preserving freshness and aromatic clarity.
The blend is based on typical regional grape varieties: Groppello, Marzemino, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Groppello, the signature grape of the Valtènesi area, contributes finesse, subtle spice, and natural lightness. Marzemino adds aromatic depth, while Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and balance. The result is a modern and well-balanced Chiaretto style.
In the glass, it shows a delicate rosé color with light cherry reflections. The bouquet is refined and inviting, with notes of red berries, delicate floral hints, and a touch of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, with lively acidity, juicy fruit, and a subtle mineral character. The finish is fresh, elegant, and pleasantly persistent.
