Stroblhof

The Stroblhof, a traditional winery at the foot of the Mendel Mountains, has a centuries-old winemaking tradition. The winery's deep roots in this region testify to the deep connection and respect of its managers to nature and its heritage. Here, where every generation has once again appreciated the potential of fertile soils, outstanding wines are created that reflect the terroir of their origin.

The careful maintenance of the vineyards and the targeted use of the unique location decisively shape the wines of the Stroblhof. The philosophy of being close to nature continues in the cellar. Materials such as clay plates and clay cubes, which are used in the construction, as well as an open floor under the barrique barrels create an optimal room climate for growing the fine wines. A mixture of clay and lime plasters the walls and underlines the winery's commitment to using natural resources and promoting the quality of wines through a stable, natural environment.

Each year presents new challenges, and the family behind Stroblhof always strives to get the best out of their grapes. The principles of sustainability and careful handwork make it possible to produce wines that not only tell the story of their origin, but also impress with their quality.
