Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2024 from Ascheri is a red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, a variety known for its complex structure and elegance. The grapes are typically harvested at the beginning of October and fermentation takes place at 28°C over around nine days. Visually, the wine is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet red nuances.

The bouquet is elegant, spicy and floral, with velvety notes of violets and roses. In terms of taste, the wine offers a dry, soft and pleasantly harmonious profile with remarkable persistence. It is well balanced and typical of the variety, which makes him a representative of his class full of character. This Nebbiolo is truly a price-performance winner in the Langhe area.

The Ascheri winery is located in Piedmont, a region famous for its excellent Nebbiolo wines. The microclimate and soil conditions of this zone contribute significantly to the quality and characteristic profile of Ascheri wines.
