La Manina Cuvée
The special feature of La Manina lies in its biodynamic production and the careful selection of grapes. The Manincor vineyards are located on soils with a mix of lime, clay and gravel, which gives the wines a special minerality. The vine cultivation system is designed for sustainability in order to protect the environment and maximize the quality of the grapes
.The La Manina Cuvée IGT BIO 2024 is bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, a fruity bouquet of quince, lychee and pink grapefruit unfolds, complemented by fresh herbal notes of sage and mint. On the palate, the wine is light and fresh, with an irresistible sweetness supported by well-balanced acidity.
The balance between ripe fruit and cool character is typical of this wine and the wine-growing region of South Tyrol. The year 2024 was climatically challenging, but thanks to meticulous detailed work, Manincor achieved great results. The vines withstood the humid spring and hot summer, and the golden autumn brought the grapes to perfect ripeness.
