The Cabernet Franc Amistar 2023 by Peter Sölva is a bold and elegant red wine from South Tyrol, expressing the full potential of this noble variety. Grapes are hand-harvested from selected vineyards around Kaltern and vinified with great care. Maturation in small oak barrels lends depth, structure, and subtle spice, while preserving the wine’s fruit-driven character. 
In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby-red color. On the nose, rich aromas of dark forest berries, blackcurrant, black pepper, dried herbs, and fine tobacco emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with smooth tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, persistent finish. This is a wine of power and finesse – structured, balanced, and ideal for aging.
