This single-varietal wine is cultivated at Kuenhof Winery, a historic organic estate in Bressanone with over 800 years of tradition, specializing in high-quality whites with a strong focus on manual work and sustainable viticulture. In the glass, the Kaiton 2024 displays a pale straw-yellow color with subtle green highlights, paired with a clear and lively acidity. The nose reveals delicate notes of citrus and yellow fruits, complemented by white blossoms and subtle herbal hints – typical for Riesling grown at cooler elevations with pronounced alpine minerality.
