The Pinot Grigio DOC 2025 by Peter Zemmer represents a clear and precise Alto Adige style, with varietal typicity, freshness and balance at its core. The winery is one of the region’s most reliable names, known for cleanly made, straightforward white wines that clearly express their origin. This Pinot Grigio is not built on overt richness or showy aromatics, but on structure, drinkability and a cool, elegant line. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio, it stands out for its refined and measured character. In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with bright reflections. On the nose, pear, yellow apple and citrus come through clearly, supported by subtle floral hints and a light mineral touch that adds precision. On the palate, it is dry, juicy and clean, with lively acidity, a fine texture and a straight, focused flow. The finish is fresh and elegant, with restrained fruit and a pleasant length that makes the wine feel beautifully balanced overall.
