Pinot Noir is among the most renowned varieties in South Tyrol and, thanks to the balance of cool nights, sunny days, and mineral-driven soils, develops remarkable freshness and aromatic clarity. With Piz, Girlan presents Pinot Noir in a light, modern, and highly enjoyable rosé style. The name refers to the striking Alpine peaks, highlighting both the wine’s origin and its fresh mountain character. In the glass, it shows a brilliant salmon-pink colour. The nose reveals precise aromas of fresh currants, raspberry, and cranberry, accompanied by fine red berry notes. On the palate, it is elegant, balanced, and pleasantly light, supported by lively acidity and juicy freshness. The harmonious, clean finish makes it a versatile rosé for every occasion.
