The Chardonnay DOC Quintessenz 2023 from

Quintessenz line showcases the winery’s finest selections, sourced from carefully chosen vineyards that express the unique terroir of Caldaro.
The grapes come from
selected Chardonnay vineyards located between 400 and 530 metres above sea level. The combination of cool nights, mineral-rich limestone and dolomite soils, and excellent sun exposure gives the wine its refined structure, elegance, and tension. In South Tyrol, Chardonnay benefits from ideal alpine conditions that enhance freshness, aromatic precision, and finesse, resulting in white wines with remarkable longevity.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose reveals citrus notes, hints of exotic fruit, and delicate oak nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, linear, and mineral, supported by elegant freshness and a long, savoury finish of impressive precision.
