The vines grow around Tiso at elevations of 750 to 800 meters, where cool temperatures and strong day-night variations promote freshness and aromatic precision. Vinification takes place in stainless steel, often with ageing on fine lees until spring to enhance structure and complexity. Müller Thurgau has a long tradition in the Eisack Valley and is one of the region’s most representative varieties. At these altitudes, it develops a more precise and mineral-driven style with lively acidity and subtle spice. In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals fresh aromas of white flowers, citrus and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it is lively and juicy, with clear structure, mineral tension and a precise, persistent finish.
