The White Cuvée IGT Gloria Dei 2025 from Eichenstein brings together Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling in a harmonious blend, with each variety contributing its own distinctive character. Sauvignon Blanc provides aromatic intensity, Weissburgunder adds structure and body, while Riesling contributes freshness and elegance. The estate’s vineyards are located above Merano at around 550 meters above sea level on mineral-rich soils of quartz porphyry and granite. The combination of an Alpine climate and Mediterranean influences creates ideal conditions for producing expressive white wines. Careful vinification preserves both the varietal character and the authentic identity of this South Tyrolean cuvée.
In the glass, the wine displays a bright straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals elegant fruity and floral aromas, complemented by delicate citrus notes and subtle minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, offering pleasing texture, lively acidity, and a harmonious, long-lasting finish.
