Prosecco Extra Dry DOC
The Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from Corvezzo comes from Veneto, one of the most important regions for high-quality Prosecco production. The grapes are grown in a mild climate influenced by both the Alps and the nearby Adriatic Sea, creating ideal conditions for fresh and aromatic sparkling wines. The wine is produced using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks to preserve its fruit-driven character and fine bubbles.
It is made from the Glera grape, the classic variety for Prosecco, which thrives on the hills of Veneto. In this environment, it develops vibrant freshness and a clean, fruit-forward aromatic profile. The light soils and balanced climate support a lively acidity, making Glera ideal for elegant and approachable sparkling wines. In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of green apple, pear and white flowers. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with a gentle sweetness, lively acidity and a fruity, pleasantly rounded finish.
