The Prosecco Brut Rosé DOC from Corvezzo comes from Veneto and combines the classic freshness of Prosecco with the elegance of a rosé sparkling wine. The grapes are grown in a climate influenced by the Alps and the nearby Adriatic Sea, providing ideal conditions for balanced and aromatic base wines. The second fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method, preserving the wine’s fruit-driven character and fine bubbles.

The cuvée is made from Glera and a portion of Pinot Noir /Pinot Nero), which gives the wine its delicate pink colour and added structure. Glera brings freshness and floral notes, while Pinot Nero contributes red berry aromas and depth. In Veneto’s soils, both varieties develop vibrant acidity and a clear aromatic profile, making them ideal for elegant and modern rosé sparkling wines. In the glass, it shows a pale pink hue with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals notes of strawberry, raspberry and floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, with lively acidity, delicate fruit and a harmonious, elegant finish.
